360 Overhead Jib rigging configurations
The X-Frame
This configuration uses 4 chain motors. Position each pic point equal
distance from the center point that the jib will cover.
Direct turret to truss mount.
The turret (blue) can be mounted anywhere within the truss structure. It
is best to mount it to a cross member so the jib hangs directly thru the center
of the truss. This will allow the truss to remain balanced.
Top Stringer mount.
This configuration uses the parts from the X Frame mount to allow the jib
to be fixed to the top of the truss and slightly adjusted as needed.
Bottom Stringer mount.
This mounting configuration allows the jib to be lowered from the Top Stringer
mount to a Bottom Stringer mount. It also allows centering adjustments and
a lower overall jib position with greater clearance for the counter weights.
